Please fill out the below form if you would like to submit a request to know or delete personal information with Revel, including pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).  

Your information will be reviewed by our Customer Support team, who will reach out to you as soon as possible.  We will verify your request and your identity with the information provided so that we may match it to information that we maintain about you (or the person on whose behalf you are making the request).  

We will respond to you within 45 days from the date of your submission to the extent we are able to verify your request as described above. If we are unable to complete your request within the 45 day timeframe, then we will contact you prior to the expiration of the 45 day term to explain the basis for needing additional time.

Identity Verification

This form requires you to upload identifying documentation. If you are unsure which documents to provide, please follow the descriptions below:

If you are making this request for yourself, and have not taken a rental
No additional documents required

If you are making this request for yourself, and have taken a rental
Please upload a copy of the driver’s license we have on file for you so that we can verify your identity.          
                     
If you are making this request on behalf of someone else
Please upload (1) a written and signed statement from the Revel user granting you permission to make this request, (2) a copy of your ID to verify your identity, and (3) a copy of the user’s driver’s license for us to match against our records and verify their identity.

If you are a California resident, but your (or the Revel user’s) driver’s license is not issued in California
Please upload a copy of a utility bill in your/their name showing a California address.

By clicking “Submit”, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information deleted by Revel will be permanently deleted and not recoverable in case you change your mind. In particular, Revel will not be able to process any credit to you after your payment information is deleted, and all your payments will be final. You may also be required to pay a new sign-up fee if you wish to sign up again.
